Spaghetti Ring by Konstantin Slawinski

Over the weekend, I made Bolognese sauce. These are some of my tricks: caramelized onions, sweet carrots, canned Italian tomatoes, ketchup and the right balance of sauce and noodles. It's taken me a while to figure out how much the two of us can eat (approx 1/3 of a packet). Before you cook the noodles, they look like a skinny bunch but once they expand into their full starch power even a pasta lover can be overwhelmed. Here's a tool for you, plus 1, plus 2 and plus 3.
