Five Good Minutes Books

How we start each day sets the energy level and emotional state for what we do and how we do it. Early morning rituals are key to my everyday momentum.  I kick start the morning with a 20 minute walk to wake up the muscles and breathe fresh oxygen into my system followed by green tea, fruits, cereal or oatmeal and another 20 minutes of quiet reading to engage my mind before my 8 hour day in front of the computer.
